These classes are highly recommended for those beginning Crossfit or functional movement workouts to learn correct technique to get the most out of your training and to prevent injury.
This class will take you through the basics of barbell strength training (squat, deadlift, press, row). No matter how much experience you have, our coaches will help you scale the weights and movements to give you a safe and killer workout. Everything you learn in the class you will be able to apply right away at your regular gym and will help you build foundational strength and technique for big lifts.
We highly recommend these classes if you are beginning functional movement workouts (or Crossfit) to learn correct technique, prevent injury, and get the most out of each rep.
Cost: $20 per session (paid via bank transfer), or $50 for all three sessions (15 Jan, 22 Jan, 29 Jan)
Vaccine passes are required. Doors and windows will be opened to allow for ventilation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. If you have weightlifting shoes, bring them along. If not, wear the most stable sneakers you have.
