TRAINING AT ELEVATION
Athletes train 3-6 times per week which means they train with each other and their coaches nearly as frequently as they see their coworkers and likely more than they see their outside-of-work friends.
Elevation Weightlifting is a supportive family that provides guidance and encouragement for weightlifters to be the best athletes they can be.

GILLIES GYM MEMBERSHIP
In order to train with our club at the Gillies Ave Weightlifting Gym, you will need an up-to-date gym membership. This is payable direct to OWA, who manages the premises. Cost is $200 for Junior/Youth athletes (under 21), or $375 for adults.
We offer personal training with any of our coaches in order to meet your specific needs. Our coaches have a range of expertise in strength and conditioning, women’s health, beginning strength training, and youth development.
