Personal Training

Our community is what makes our club strong, but some prefer to work one-on-one or have goals that aren't weightlifting-specific. 

Personal training offers athletes more direct attention and customised programming. Achieve your goals on your time and with the best methods for you. Our coaches specialise in weightlifting and barbell strength but have a range of experience in powerlifting, functional strength, and cardio interval training to help you meet your goals.

Building strength is a crucial part of any fitness programme. Our coaches can work with you to develop a sustainable and effective programme that involves the types of exercise you enjoy and help you reach your goals. For most people, this is a combination of strength and cardio workouts. Your coach will teach you how to perform every exercise safely and effectively and give you the tools you need to continue to see regular progress. 


What you’ll get: 

  • One-on-one consultation

  • Weekly programming including 1-3 strength sessions, 1-2 HIIT workouts, and 1-2 medium intensity workouts depending on your goals and fitness level

  • Weekly one-on-one sessions (1 hour long for the first two weeks to go through the programming, and 45 minutes after that)

  • Opportunity to be a part of the Elevation Weightlifting community for additional accountability and encouragement


4-week commitment


First four weeks = $400

Second four weeks = $360

learning weightlifting package

The snatch and clean and jerk and highly technical movements. Some beginners prefer one-on-one training to learn how to do the lifts proficiently. In this package, you’ll have one hour-long personal training session per week (in-person or on Zoom), weekly programming to follow at home, and regular check-ins for accountability. Eight weeks allows enough time to learn the snatch and clean and jerk.

What you’ll get: 

  • One-on-one consultation

  • Weekly hour-long one-on-one sessions 

  • Weekly programming to build on skills learned in training sessions

  • Opportunity to be a part of the Elevation Weightlifting community for additional accountability and encouragement


8-week commitment 

$680 (paid as $85 / week)
